HALO-8 & BURNING PARADISE JOIN FORCES FOR GIMME SKELTER
- Indie distrib & fledgling horror label partner for Manson-inspired gorefest -
Los Angeles, CA, May 28, 2008 - Halo-8 Entertainment has entered into a multi-picture distribution partnership with horror label Burning Paradise Entertainment, starting with the fledgling label's freshman release "GIMME SKELTER" by Scott Phillips ("STINK OF FLESH"), starring horror movie legend Gunnar Hansen (Leatherface in the original "TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE") and cult movie icon Trent Haaga ("CITIZEN TOXIE"). Halo-8 has slated the film for DVD release on August 26th, 2008.

decided to follow in his father's footsteps and start his own "family?" They've come to town on a mission--they are going to kill as many people as they can in one night. "GIMME SKELTER features a dangerous, bloodthirsty 'family' traveling in a van who decide to outdo a previous notorious 'family' by slaughtering every person in a remote small town. The frenzied, gore-spattered battle between the family and the surprisingly rambunctious citizens over a long night make up the core of this entertaining thriller. Sly & energetic - 4 stars."
